Novak Goat 2S & Brushed Motors

got a quick question for those that understand the diference between the brushed and brushless motors.

I've got the Goat 2S setup with the 18.5T brushless.

It's nice but I want to use a brushed motor instead, they have more hold and feel smother in my opinion.

The Novak site says that it will handle down to a 27T Brushed motor. I've got a 21T Brushed motor I was thinking of slappin it on for more wheel speed on my scaler. I don't understand why an 18.5T Brushless will work but a 21T Brushed is recomended not to use?

Enlightment would be nice.
