Default FlySky GT-2 TX

FlySky has both a 3-channel and cheaper 2-channel pistol TX. Since I only need two channels for my Scorpion basher, is there any reason to consider the more expensive 3-channel model? No, I never expect to use the third channel. But are there any useful control features on the 3-ch that the 2-ch lacks? I think the 3-Ch includes EPA's and EXPO but I can't tell if the 2-Ch has those as well. I wrote HobbyPartz, but their response wasn't useful.

THe GT3B is a much better radio...it has epa's and such and the gt-2 does not. Also if you ever do upgrade your crawler you can load a new firmware and it'll be ready for anything.

i agree with losikid for a few bucks more go with the 3 channel, if you ever decide to run a winch, rear stear or whatever the 3rd channel will come in handy.

Okay, that's what I was looking for. You know the GT-2 doesn't have epa's and expo and such. If the only difference was 2 channels vs 3, I'd keep it cheap and expendable. Thanx

I own both. The GT 2 has been rock solid. My GT3 lost it's wheel spring and then pot started doing weird things. Before the spring popped it was good.
I still use my GT2 for few different rigs.

Could be a random failure. But you agree the GT2 has no adjustment for steering throw? I kinda need that.

Absolutely...It did work well before that happened.
