What's the difference?
 

So dumb moment of mine but hopefully someone can shed some light: what is the difference of the mmp and mmm? Until just a few seconds ago, I thought both were the same lol I've searched On google but I think google also got confused like me lol

Ummm.....I'll hazard a guess and say the MMP = Mamba Max Pro & the MMM is the Mamba Max Micro?? (Although it's usually called the Micro Pro?)

Isn't the MMM the mamba max Monster? The huge 1/8 scale 6s lipo monter power handling beast that powers huge motors like the cc 2200...

Ya I was talking about the mamba max monster and mamba max pro, but what is the difference? I was thinking the mamba max pro was 6s compatible? Or am I wrong? Is it just size that is difference?

The MMP is ment for 1/10 scale (lower current motors/loads), and can do both sensored and none sensored motors..

MMM is a 1/8 scale buggy/truggy/MT ESC, that runs only none sensored, but handles alot of current.

I run a MMM in my 1/8 truggy, with a 1600kv Castle/neu 1520 motor.. (alot bigger than a 2200), and have also run a crazy big 1717 in a e-revo.. The MMM takes it like a pro, and keep`s cool :)

Both can run 6s as far as i know..

they can both handle 6s, but the MMP can do sensored and can only handle a max output of 100 amps, the MMM is only sensorless and can output 120+ amps. the MMP is smaller, the MMM is big. i own both, i can attempt to take a picture if you want to see the size difference

That would help lol so amp...... It's good to have a high number because of motor? Or because of discharge c rating on a battery?

Motor load is what determines which ESC you want, "C" rating (along with mah) determines whether or not the ESC will get full power when loaded.

So, unless you're running a heavy rig with a huge motor, stick with the 10th scale stuff (MMP, etc.)"thumbsup""thumbsup"

The MMM is an 8th scale ESC and can easily handle 6s in those applications. It has a higher continuous amp rating conservatively labeled at 120 amps.

The MMP is a 10th scale ESC than can easily handle 6s in 10th scale trucks. The MMP can be used in lighter 8th scale but i limited to 4s and more docile setups. The MMP also has a sensor port.
