SEARCH there is a pin in one of the gears pull it out. put out the + shaped thing in the same gear. turn it on and make it so it is at center and not moving and glue it in place. put the servo back together and put a spool on it. Last edited by 86zuk; 10-08-2011 at 09:51 PM. |

Once you have your servo converted to a winch, if you find you are a victim of "winch creep", have a look at the winch controllers I make. They will solve the creep problem.
