Default AX10-Scorpion is non-responsive

I'm looking for some help on this. New AX-10 with a 2.4GHz transmitter, only anout 3 hours on it. The truck stopped, the wheels turned a hard left and everything stop responding. I tried new batteries. I tried binding the transmitter. The ESC is blinking and beeping but there is no connections made. Anyone experienced this before?
