Have you lubed the motor bearings/bushings recently (should do it after every/everyother run)?
Check the brushes, grab the braid that goes inside the motor and gently try to pull it out ~1/8". The brushes should slide in & out easily. You "may" have a hung brush.

What rig is this?
Is is dual ESC's?
Is it a single ESC with a servo dig/punk dig?

For some reason I can't quick post..
Its a custom rig.. bully front steer axles front and rear..
Not sure if its dual ESC..
No dig yet

The brushes are good.. and the motor will turn it you help it start..

Dual ESC means......do you have 1 or 2 ESC's (speed controls)?
When you say the "brushes are good", does that mean they slide freely or are long enough?
If they get down to ~1/4" in length, the brush spring hits the brush hood and won't put any pressure on the brush.
It's also possible you have a dead/dieing winding that causes the motor to not spin if a brush is on that segment. Best bet then is to replace the motor since a rewind is more than the motor is worth.

Hung brush, or worn out brushes, or more likely the commutator is in need of some work.

Is it this one?
