FIRST OF ALL GET A DECENT SOLDERING IRON. I HAVE A VERY NICE WELLER SOLDERING STATION (65 WATT) I USE ON EVERYTHING I BUILD, BUT WITH MY SUPER I AM JUST FINISHING UP I HAD TO BUY A LITTLE BIGGER GUN TO GET THE 12 GA. WIRES SOLDERED TO THE FXR'S.
AND ALWAYS TIN EVERYTHING YOUR GOING TO SOLDER FIRST, THAT MEANS HEAT THE WIRE / TAB AND APPLY A SMALL AMOUNT OF SOLDER TO THEM AND ALLOW TO FLOW ONTO, INTO THEM. THIS WILL ALLOW FOR A QUICKER SOLDER JOINT WHEN READY, AND USE SMALL DIAMETER ROSIN CORE SOLDER.
GOOD LUCK.
OH AND ONE LAST THING, ALL SOLDER JOINTS SHOULD LOOK SHINNY WHEN DONE RIGHT.

If he wants to give neg. feedback let him. He's pissed because I decided to keep my rims i had on classifieds. If he gives Neg feedback for that oh well.
Wasnt like i was a dick or anything about it. Even told him somewhere else to find them for same price i was asking. Can't please everyone I guess.
I got plenty of +++ feedback so One neg dont hurt me a bit. WIsh I wouldnt have got one but Hey it happens and if its because I decided not to sell and REFUNDED his money with-in 15 minutes then so be it.

Get a flux pen! Looks like a highlighter, and is full of flux. The flux cleans the joints before you solder them. Not really needed on new stuff, but anything used it is a must!!! Very big help.
