| indeed, another speed control question
well, i had a tazer 15t speed control but it burned up, so i've been looking around a little... and i think i may just go with the axial esc.. this a good decent one to go with? i'd like to upgrade the motor as well, should would this hold up to pretty much any motor i would decide to upgrade to?

What rig? What battery type (NiCD, NiMH, LiPO, etc)? What pack voltage or cell count? Do you want brushed or brushless motors? Comp rig or "just for fun"? |

i personally run the mamba max on my ax-10 and it works great the drag brake is strong and fully adjustable i have had no issues with it and it leaves a sensored/sensorless brushless motor an option |

IMO axial esc's (first gen) are about the same as the tazer esc, the new ones are a little better but still not great. I'd suggest a Holmes Hobbies torquemaster BR-XL as you get the "holmes hold" drag brake, more tuneablity, as well you can run up to 6s lipo as well as any NiMh or NiCd battery. |
