download trouble

i have been trying to load the castle creations castle link and for some reson it keeps telling me it can't do it. i'm the admin and it still won't work.
any ideas?

What operating system are you using?

Go to thier website and look at their FAQ page. Starts at #3.

If you are using Window 7. Go to the download and right click. It will bring up the menu. Click "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR"

it keeps saying i need permission from the admin which i am. i have ie9 software. i'm just not that savy with computers. give me a wrench or a hammer any day......

Are there multiple accounts on that PC? If so, maybe you need to change to another one?

Right click---->run as administrator. That will get your the permission to run it.
