Excellent.

That noise sounds to me like the typical spur gear wobble noise more than anything. Check out your spur gear as you do that and see if a wobble coincides with the rhythm of the noise.

Yup sounds like spur gear wobble to me as well, plus the twist the truck is getting makes me thing the gear mesh it too tight.

Yea I agree, rotate the spur by hand and I bet there is a tight spot. Once you find it set your mesh at the tight spot and then everything will be good.

A lot of plastic gears are not real round/concentric to the center bore.
Cheap brands/bad batches are worse, thus they have tight spots as they are rotated. As mentioned, spin your spur gear a full 360* and see if there is a tight spot in the gear mesh.

I can't find a tight spot. I've been trouble shooting this all day. I'm gonna pull my lil girls 55t off her rig tonight just to hopefully rule out my puller. Hell may be bad dirty or baring bad or something? Wouldn't think so but maybe. I haven't ran it in a few months. This is a badass combo I just want it back to normal.

Have you pulled the motor out or pinion off and just ran the motor with no load?

Well I think I figured it out. My wheel base is 12.5" and I was using a wraith tranny. I think it was puttin a bind on the MIPS. Put ax10 tranny in and it's fine I think now.

It's not as smooth on the bottom though. Now I just need to tweek.

Default noise

the high pitch is fine , but the movement looks like its binding or somethings bent along the transmission drivetrain
