TQ4 help needed

I have a TQ 4 with a winch on ch-3. I would like to run a rear steer on the ch-4 and ch-5 toggle switch. Any idea's?

The toggle switches on those transmitters don't act like a 3-position switch until you get one of these:

But, you should be able to make that happen.

Newby ? Is channel three the toggle on the front of the controller. And the switch on the grip, is it just a two position?
