Default DX3R help

First off i got this dx3r used with no manual. i got on theyre website and read the manual. i got everything hooked up bound, and when i turn the rig on it acts like i have the throttle on. going crazy. i adjust the controller settings and it helps but goes faster in reverse and slow forawrd

I dont guess im doing something right. kinda getting ticked off about it. some help would be nice and some walk through trouble shooting!

Thanks for help since im a airhead

Sounds like you need to program the ESC now

Re-bind it. Mine did the same thing when i first got it. I had to bind it a couple times. A year later it still works perfect.

Sounds like the ESC was not correctly calibrated, what ESC is it?
As to running faster in one direction, it may have timing in the motor, but may be for reverse. What motor do you have?

I'll bet you used the reset function to change the model information, right?

If you did that then you also need to reset the PARAMETERS. When in parameters cycle the steering from lock to lock and the throttle from full forward to full brake/reverse. This is what is throwing everything off.

Don't listen to all these "experts". They miss this one every time.

I'll try to remember this one, I don't/never did own a Spektrum radio. Although he never mentioned resetting the model info.............

As soon as he said he got it "used" I knew this is his problem.

Doesn't matter where the trims were set when restting the model. You still need to cycle through the parameters.

Yep! That happened to me a few years ago. You can go to the "monitor" screen and make sure it's working right.
