| BRXL BEC and winch
I have just bench tested my new wraith electrics and have noticed a slight random buzz and glitch from my motor . I,m using BRXL HH 35T Savox sc 0251 and a 10kg cheapie servo that I am going to convert to a winch , also running Spektrum DS3E. My question is this , I know the BRXL has a decent bec in it but it probably wont run 2 servos . I have a CC bec on standby but how can I run it and 2 servos out of a 3ch receiver? or should I not worry about the external bec and live with the fact that I may get some glitching when I use the winch. I am guessing when the winch servo is loaded up it may behave differently to my bench test but with motor running, winch operating and steering servo operating they seem to be running without a problem , all without a load tho. thanks in advance |

I would run the external CC BEC direct to the steering servo and let the BRXL internal BEC to run the RX & winch. Done deal. |

Thanks for the tip , works a treat . I was trying to cut down on excess wiring making my truck look ugly but its come up good. The next problem is modding a mount for my servo winch in the front , with a battery box already mounted its a bit of a squeeze !

In my opinion its your crawler. You already have the BEC. Holmes recomends the BRXL for 1 servo. If it was me I would do the BEC before you change your mind and do it anyway. | |
