Default Need help!!

Just got my rig back together and now have electrical problems. Im running a Holmes ESC, HH tm expert 35t spektrun rx, hitec 7950 servo. Nothing new but the motor. Problem is when the servo is plugged in the rx I can see sparks comming from the motor and watching the spur gear it seems to be twitching back and forth. When I un plug the servo and get on the throttle the motor runs perfect. I have never had any issue like this. Any suggestions?

What brand of servo is it? I had a bad mother board on one of my servos, and it messed up the whole system. the servo would get very hot in a matter of 10-30 seconds and the throttle would glitch. I think mine was a hitech, but any short in the servo will have the same effect no matter what brand.
