Default help with my lipo

i did this comp last weekend. and i didn't realize it but i forgot to unplug my lipo battery after the comp and i went home and set my rig in my garage and i didn't touch it for a couple days and when i went to go get it i realized i left it plugged in like an idiot

so i checked it with my volt meter and it's reading at about 4 volts.
is there any way i can save this battery? i stuck it on my charger (duratrax onxy 230) and it says battery connection error and i put it to chrge it at .1 amp

if it was a 2s reading 4v you maybe could have saved it, but since its a 3s i wouldnt reccomend trying to save it. the nimh charge setting is used to bring the voltage up enough to lipo charge but i only do it when the cells went a little bit below the cutoff setting (usually around 5v-5.5v for a 2s or 8-8.5v for a 3s)

In a safe place (basically, nothing but the pack to burn), try charging for a few minutes on a NiCD/NiMH charge to see if you can do a balance LiPO charge.
