I use my dx3r with one hand all the time....you might run into problems with
a 4pks though.

The Towerhobbies and Tactic remotes are quite small and I use it with one hand all the time.

Tower Hobbies lists the Futaba 4YF in FM (with both air and surface frequencies available) and in 2.4g FHSS models. There's a vendor on here that was offering custom neckstraps a while back (even had a giveaway). Just a thought, not sure if that's what you were looking for.

I would think that a twin stick radio (like the DX6) with a neck strap can be used with one hand (throttle and steering are on the same stick).

I can run my DX3R with one hand, but it is not comfortable. The 3PM I ran with was great for one handed operation.

raw111, why 1 hand?? Do you only have use of 1 hand or you need the other hand for something else?
Knowing which hand you would use will help as well since a lot of radios are set to "left hand use" to hold the radio, right hand to steer.
Do you have small hands, if so the Airtronics MT-4(? or 11??) is on the small side. One of our club members bought this because it's smaller.
