Default Lipo balancing question

Hi there.
What are considered good LIPO balancing ranges?

For example, my Losi Multipro balance charged my 2s lipo and the final voltages were 4.18 and 4.20.

Is that good, bad, or somewhere in the middle?
Should they match perfectly when balance charging?
What is an acceptable margin of error?

Been running lipos for years, but I'm new to balance charging.
Thanks.

I usually look for within a tenth or so, your example is two hundreths. Fine by me.

X2 I normally let mine charge until the timer shuts it off,120mins, if the cells are a little off. But Ive been pretty lucky on them not being to far out of whack.

Ok Cool.
Thanks.

So as long as the cells vary by less than 0.10 volts, than I can consider that pack to be sufficiently balanced?

In my opinion, yes.
Chris the Battery Man may agree/disagree as may others.
