I'm assuming your ESC does not have a LVC? Or, it's not set??

Plug your pack into the charger, set it to a NiMH charge @ 1A 7cell. Let it charge for a few minutes, try it on a 3S LiPO charge again.

Get, or set, your LVC so you don't overdischarge your LiPO pack again.
