Default M2 esc novak dual motor with spektrum dx3r

hallo everibody
i am itaḷian
modellers ,rock crawler's owner berg tracer
i install a new M2 esc ,i follolw the set up from guide
i select throttle mode two ,dig proportional
isetting on the trasmitter spektrum dx3r the esc :
switch C aux/ch 3 trhee position for dig
switch B linear aux/ch3 for proportional dig
switch f a selector for dg front or rear and proportional
but when i use the switches ,the model dont go in dig mode but alwais in normal mode
what i wrong ? thank you
