| CKRC Punch Packs?
Hey guys, Is anyone been running these for a while without any problems? Better alternative you've found? https://www.ckrccrawlers.com/ckrc-11...ck-p-2826.html https://www.ckrccrawlers.com/ckrc-14...ck-p-3197.html I'd also like to know if anyone is running the 4s version too. Thanks for the help, Chris |

How about these: Holmes Hobbies / Holmes Bikes :: Batteries - Lithium :: HMC 35C 1300mah lipo or these: 2x 25c 1500mAh 11.1v 3-Cells 3s Lipo RC 11.1 Battery WF | eBay or even these: GForce 40C 1300mAh 3S 11.1V LiPO |

The last battery I bought from CKRC crapped out rather quickly. Because of that and a few other reasons, I'll never buy from them again. Holmes sells great batteries. I've got a pair that I bought used (which I rarely do) and they've been plugging along just fine after nearly a year. I've also got some G-Force, and like them as well. Never had a problem that wasn't my own stupid fault, I use them in my sc truck and my crawlers. The best place I've found to get them is at ValueHobby.com. |

I'm not hearing good things about them, enough to stay away it appears. The question is who makes the smallest highest output reliable battery? Is it holmes? Chris |

There appears to be so many choices...it's almost as if someone needs to do a true battery test to really determine what the best bang for the buck is. I just have a hard time believing that a $7 battery pack is as good as a $30 battery pack, but I could be wrong. Chris |

I have a couple $7 sky 40c-80burst lipos and they work great. They make my other more expensive batteries feel flat. They are a bit bigger then others I have in the same size and the leads coming out are stiff but other then that work great.

I run Gens Ace packs from Hobbypartz.com usually fast shipping as they have a U.S. warehouse. I also run their Sky Lipos as well. Gens Ace are slightly better which is why most of the time they are sold out in the higher mah for racers. For crawlers and go fast trucks I run nothing but 40C and up. |

The best 3 cell Gens Ace Hobby Partz is showing is a 25c. Where'd you find one that's a 40c? Here's a link to the 25c Gens Ace: GENS ACE 1300mAh 25C 11.1V LiPo Battery for 64MM EDF Jet and a link to the 40c Sky Lipo: Sky Lipo 1300mAh 11.1V 40C and Holmes appears to be a 35c: Holmes Hobbies / Holmes Bikes :: Batteries - Lithium :: HMC 35C 1300mah lipo My battery I have now is a Losi 1650mah 30 or 35c, but it's like $35. I've been running the punch packs for probably a year and haven't had an issue with them.
