| Need a cheap steering servo
Hi all, This Christmas Santa got both my 9 and 11 year old Redcat RS10's. For what they use them for, they have been great! Customer service for Redcat has been great too. Boy's will be boys though, and they can be a bit rough from time to time and they go through servo's pretty good. Is there a good cheap metal gear servo that can last? Not looking for any performace above the stockers, just durability for a decent price. |

Star looking here. Metal Gear Servos All of those are metal gear. If your going through them alot I wouldn't get a very expensive one.

I may have to try one of those. I cant bring myself to spend $100 on a servo.

The grease that comes in the gear set is of poor quality, and should be replaced in my opinion. Other than that, I beat the snot out of mine and they have held up very well. PS: Servo uses Futaba-splined servo arms. | |
