How many amps should I charge this battery at? It's a nimh

From what I can tell from the descriptions, "Series 4" = 4000mAh

So 4.0 amps.

What volatage do I discharge the battery to before a charge?

It's recommended not to go below somewhere around .8-.9 volts per cell, but with NiMh it's not the end of the world. Just try not to get in the habit of going below that on a regular basis if you can help it.

As far as how far you 'hafta' drain it before charging...... with NiMh, again, not a big deal. NiMhs aren't overly prone to forming a memory, so charge whenever you feel you need to.

NiCD's wanted to be fully cycled, NiMH does not need the same thing.
