| Hitec gets A+ for service!!!
I recently sent in a servo to Hitec that failed on me sometime in the fall of 2010. I was up front and honest when I sent it in. I had no receipt nor did I remember where I bought. All I knew was the general time frame of purchase. I fully expected to hear from them asking for a repair fee. To my surprise roughly 2 weeks later the servo was returned fully functional free of charge. Today I received an e-mail thanking me for using Hitec. Big thanks to Hitec |

+1. I have had some issues with a few HiTec servos, but, they have done me well. I may have found an issue that was not their fault (but caused the issue), so I will "own up" and offer to kick them (HiTec) some $$ to cover another repair. The issue was not mine, but another part "in the loop" that "may" have caused a servo failure. Thus far, I have been happy with HiTec & will STRONGLY recommend their servos & service! HiTec is ALL we use for our crawlers.......period......(for what it's worth.....) |
