Default ESC question

would a TURNIGY 35 AMP BRUSHLESS ESC handle a castle creations 6900kv motor?

A 35 amp ESC is far too small for this motor.

I doubt even the 60 amp Turnigy would be able to handle this motor.
Tower states 500 Watts of continuous power, divide that by 7.4 volts for 2s and you get 68 amps. And if it was 90% efficient, it would draw 75 amps total. I'd say a minimum of 80 amps for the esc but 100 amps would be safer and probably the reason it came as a combo with the Mamba Max.

If its the newer 4 pole 1406 size 6900kv motor, I would have to guess that it would draw even more power.
