I got one! Its a good charger, it just dosent have as many functions as say a hyperion charger such as:

Balance only mode
Cycle mode
Discharge mode
Lipo & LiFePO4/A123 Storage mode

I just saw the Onyx 245 in my local shop. I'm looking to replace my MRC Superbrain 969. Would you say my best dual charger options are between the 245 and the Hyperion?

I have the Onyx 245 and for me it is great. I am only running with 2 Onyx 5000mah 2S 25C lipos so it is perfect for my case and the price was good too. I have heard many folks talking about Hyperion too but I can't say anything about them.

I use a 230, but I'm here to say I really like the onyx products. I just plug in a blinky balancer to the battery every time I charge. You'd need 2 blinkys in your case.

I have 2 turnigy 2200mah 3 cell's that I've charged over a hundred times and they still take a full charge. I say the charger and blinky are doing their job.

I have one and so far I like it. Comes with everything you need right out of the box. Does not have some of the functions like discharge or storage mode but for charging its a good unit with good price.

It looks like the Hyperion is a bunch more expensive too. I'm sold on the 245 now. I can get a Dean's discharger to complete this...

I looked at getting the 245 when I was shopping for a charger. I ended up getting a Thunder AC680. It has tons of features, although it is not able to charge 2 batteries at the same time. It also comes with a balancer and several adapters for different connections.
