No they are not.
The Hitec is 24 tooth.
Futaba is 25 tooth.

I tried the 24 spline arm that came with my XR10 and it's a sloppy fit on the servo. The stock arm from the servo is a tight fit on the shaft and you really have to work to push it on. The kit arm is sloppy and feels like it has the wrong number of teeth. Anyone else experience this?

Nope, mine fit but wasn't very tight. It didn't matter since I use clamping style servo arms like those from Racers' Choice or Robitronics.

You're right. There is a blue aluminum one in the package.

I bought the Hitec HS-7954SH. I like that is comes with all aluminum horns. Should make finding the right one easy. I am brand new to building RCs and I will be assembling my Wraith kit very soon. I can't wait. Oh so many choices in upgrades it is crazy...lol
