Does your charger have NiMh mode?

Do you know someone that does. It doesn't take a fancy charger, most have a NiMh mode. You just need to bump it on NiMh for a minute or two.

i recently left a lipo plugged in for about a month. i just hooked it up to my hyperion and let it sit idle for about half a day and the voltage slowly crept up. then i hit the charge button and all is good

I believe you are talking about balance ports, don't use them yet. Just start a charge as a 2S LiPO at "1C" for a few minutes. Stop the charge and then balance charge as a 3S (assuming you have a 3S LiPO pack).

i think what he means is the charger only has the 2 balance ports as thats how they charge the packs, i have 2 lipo chargers like that which came with a plane and a heli. you will need to find a nimh charger to bump it up a bit

Sooo i got it shock but i did it in a crazy sketch way! i took a 18v dewalt battery (from like a drill) ans held two peices of bailing wire on each terminal (+ and -) for like a second. Put it back on the charger and it started charging!

I believe I understood that, thus my comment to NOT use the balance port at first. The "pack plug" from the charger is all that is needed to get the minimum voltage up.

The packs will also rebound to a higher voltage over the next 12-24 hours or so, if you do nothing to them.
