Default 7955 gear noise... a little different

Took my new 7955 apart to grease/check grease in the gears....and now its got a slight clicking when you turn it.... I haven't even hooked this thing up to a battery, just turning by hand.....

Am I missing something? or did is one of the gears not seated properly... I just hate to screw up a brand new servo

maybe too much grease? causing a slight bind?
