Power on truck first..

First off I am running a Tekin FXR and 45t pro handwound, SR300 rx, and a CCBEC.

Got to a comp the other day, turned on the radio, plugged in the battery, and had steering only, no throttle, and the FXR was flashing...
Tried this several times with the same results.

Now if I plug the battery in, THEN turn on the radio, everything is good.

So....what the heck?

My DX3R used to do this. All still worked well so I never studied it further.

So it is probably a receiver problem?
