I picked up this radio and receiver and want to know if it will work with my

Axial AE-1 esc? ? I'm not big with electronics. I tryed hooking it up but nothing worked.

Any help would be sweet. I got this radio and receiver cuz I wanted more channels. So I can run lights and mabby a winch (if that's possible)

No reason it wouldn't work.
Did you calibrate the ESC to the RX?
Did you try a servo in the throttle channel to test that it works?

do the xtals match up between the tx and rx? if so maybe you got either a bad tx or rx

Re: futaba fp-r127df

OK got to match up got forward and reverse. But the steering servo must of have got messed up some how cuz evertime I turn power on the steering just cranks left all the way
and holds hard. I have to turn power off to get the steering servo to unlock. Did I fry something? Even with my factory axial radio and reciever it does the same thing ...

Fix the problem its was a bad connection in the servo . Yaahoooo! I got a 6 channel radio system! Don't know what I will use all the extra channels for any ideas? I have a toggle switch for my fifth channel I'm going to use for lights.
