Hi all Can you help me out. I have just got a new Savox sc-1232sg. This is the first time i have spent a lot of cash on a decent servo. I have fitted it to my R-1 and it's a bit glitchy. I can hear it twitching inside. Is this normal.... I have found something on Savox servos and it metioned that digital servos have less than 1 degree tolerance from the centre point, is it this thats happening...... Or is it broke Apart from this it is working fine, its smooth, powerful and accurate. Thanks in advance for your input |

when you say "glitchy" does the servo move without input from the transmitter? if it doesn't move, and you just hear it pick up the front of the rig. does it stop? most (if not all) digital servos will make a buzzing sound just sitting there. if you pick up the front the sound usually stops. this is normal.

It is doing it without touching the transmitter, Buzzing is a better discription, It is a bit irratic. It sort of comes an go's if you play with the steering toggle on the transmitter. It sounds like what you guys are discribling. Many thanks for your help Hoghead5150 and Charlie-III You've made me a happy bunny.... |
