| Mamba max brushless
So theres this mamba max I'm interested in and was curious about its castle link compatibleness? I know the castle link has been upgrades, would it work on it? Also i know brushless can do brushed motors, but does it still have the brakes and all that?

Mamba Max has it all, drag brake, brushless/brushed, completly programable via computer just like all Castle products. One plus, you don't need a castle link to program it, just a mini usb to usb plug. |

The original Mamba Max just used a USB cable (mini USB on the ESC IIRC) so download the software and get a cable. Done. The later Mamba Max Pro used the Castle Link, but for ~$20US, you can program any CC ESC or BEC. The Mamba Max & Mamba Max Pro both had similar settings for everything....I prefer the CC drag brake over the FX-R settings. |
