Default traxxas xl5 problem

i keep programing it an it is slow as hell. i hav it on a venom creeper saturn 27t 18 tooth on a 2000 2s lipo. this thing is crawling like it has a 60t on it. i tore it apart to put ina new gear and the 18 tooth pinion instead of the 15t and reprogrammed it an now its slow. it was fast as shit. i do the trigger program an its not getting better .

It could have been in training or learning mode.
Mine has always worked fine in my creeper with a 55T venom motor and the stock pinion!

i went to youtube and got the answer i was looking for. mine was stuck in training mode. now it hauls n crawls perfect. i went to this "How to Program Traxxas ESC"

i know its just i dont really have the time to go into the detail of it at the moment as i am building two rigs at once and i am just smothered.
