Default Radio updating

Wanting to update to a new radio since I'm still using an old JR synth. Was considering a "middle of the road" model but haven't a clue on which one. I know I will want one that I can run multiple cars with, 3 channel...what do you recommend?

Forgot to mention that I'm a total moron so it should be user friendly and "potato-head"!

1-I'm a Futaba fan, thus I say 3PM-x or 4PL. The "number" is how many channels. Both have multi-model memories if you have multiple rigs.
2-LosiKid hacked Fly Sky GT3B.......the cheapest alternative, so far the best option.

I've tried researching the GT3B but can't find anything about how many models it will hold (stock)? I also found this and the reviews are good: Airtronics MX-Sport, anyone know of it?

+1.

I would suggest getting the hacked version though. It's still an inexpensive radio but has a lot more features. It even has an upgraded 14 model memory.
