Default Novak Mongoose system on 3cell?

I've got two systems and I can't get either to go into 3cell mode. The flash once for lipo cut off to be turned off or twice for 2cell. The instructions claim a 3cell mode but neither of mine will go into that mode. Do I have an older firmware or am I doing something wrong? Anyone else having this issue?

Yep, I'm having the same issue, cutoff is either off or set for 2S LiPO battery. Can't get the red and amber LEDs to flash 3 times for the 3S battery. What a pain!

Edit. After months of use, this problem has remained and I concluded long ago it was simply a design flaw. I just installed a tiny 3S LED battery monitor under my windscreen so when running 3S I can see when it's getting empty. A $2 workaround for an otherwise excellent product.
