Default servo twitching

i have a venom safari with traxxas 2075 servo i stripped on of the gears and when i run it twitches.so my question is if i replace the gears will it stop,or should i just go with a new servo.i run it in the creek a lot so i need something water resistant .if i get a new one what is a mjddleground metal gear servo?

The Jr z590m metal gear servos are inexpensive.

yes the broken gear is likely causing the twitching so fixing the gear would make the twitch go away. for a cheap servo that imo is better than the 2075 would be a towerpro 946r (more torque) or 996r. i use them on my scaler and for a while on my losi cc. heres some links
T-Pro MG946R 55G High Torque Digital Servo 12kg 55g / 12kg / .20sec
T-Pro MG996R 55G High Torque Digital Servo 10kg / .20sec
