Dont know if they are worth a crap, but 12 bucks for a rebuildable lathe motor is a good deal. Buy it and try it out! If it doesn't work, get a better one.

Or save your money a little longer and get one of these. Holmes Hobbies reliability with a great price!

Those have been around forever, and must be the same thing as the old Integy 55 turn motors with a different sticker, so old ass Sagami teardowns. And everyone thought those were a good deal priced at $20, so there ya go.

Hate to open old threads, but I got one of the LBR 55T motors. It looks EXACTLY like a Tekin 55T HD inside and out. Good torque, faster than expected. Not much else to say. Just a simple, rebuildable motor.
