| taken to the cleaners
Just bought a axil wrath on e-bay.......shocks leak......smoked the motor on the first sesion.....other parts that have fallen off......thought I was getting something wasn't cheep.....so.....any sugestions would be appreciated and I will make this a great crawler again..... The stream bed has eaten another crawler.....no....there is no water in it right now.....still have my night crawler so I am not down and out.....suggestions for a replacement motor??????? was it new? The motor isn't really great to begin with. Factory shocks often leak also. the amount of ...... really make it hard to follow your train of thought. |

| Re: taken to the cleaners a what? Order up some new o-rings and lube the daylights out of them when you do the rebuild. Try a smaller pinion on the motor. With how these things flex and twist, giving ALL the fasteners the once over will become a regular occurrence. Yeah, contact Brood Racing, break out the plastic, and tell 'em you want a 35 turn motor with an "S" style armature. |
