| Is Nomadio React any good?
I been messing with mine and I just don't like how it feels. Is it a good radio or should I sell it?

I love mine! They are by far the best radios in my opinion. Too bad they aren't still being made. Way more you can do with em than any of the major brands out there now.

There are/were a couple of guys in our club that used them. They seemed to be a great radio but as mentioned, they are out of business (as far as I know). If you need new RX's or parts, you will be SOL unless you find a dusty one somewhere or used bits. I'm sure there are people that would love to buy it from you if you choose to sell it. |

I ran a React for a few years. The one thing I did like was the option to know your truck battery voltage on the screen with a simple homemade plug. I made a 2S lipo fit with a voltage regulator as well. Nomadio React Users...Lipo Battery Option I don't have any knocks on the radio just that it started acting up and I sold it for parts. Bought a Futuba 4pk a year ago and never looked back. With a AA battery setup in the 4pk, its much lighter and feels great. It does everything I need it to do for my R/C's. Plus the company is still in business. And the 4pk crawling programmer pioneer "Harley" is member of this board and has a video for just about every setup the 4pk trick you would need. |

I had one the top model radio's from them and i loved the system for 1/8 scale but the radio was junk. It went back to them prob 6 times in 2 months and then i made them buy it back and all my hardware. 8 receivers They even told me they was going to send me a special that was only 6 of them made and it had diff features then the one you could buy. I say ok ill try it. When i got it was the same as the radio i sent them but it was NEON yellow. i was like WTF and the radio didnt even last 1 race. So i switched to Futaba and never looked back |

i have one that i used for my 4 channel rig until it just started going batshit crazy on me. the screen would just start doing all sorts of weird stuff and it stopped working. i really liked it up to that point, momentary 3way switches, 4 channels, nice custom software you can tune with your pc, the ability to use spektrum receivers. my only nit (besides it dying) was it was horrible with consuming batteries. i changed the stock to 2500mah and still it would eat the charge compared to a spektrum or futaba. react could have been a contender, but the support from the company just sucked. |
