| Spectrum DX3C binding question
Hello, I have a brand new Spektrum DX3C tx & rx to put in my Wraith. I also have a brand new HH TM BR-XL esc that's going in it as well. Obviously I have to bind my rx to the tx. Since the esc is new, how can I get power to the rx to bind it without screwing up the initial start up programming on my esc (meaning the throttle & brake EPA programming)? How can I power the rx to bind it before I install it in my wraith, and connect it to my esc? Thanks for the help. |

It wont screw up the ESC, just plug it in and bind as usual and then tun it off and back on with full throttle to start the ESC calibration process.

| Re: Spectrum DX3C binding question
I just ended up wiring a 9v battery to the receiver. I had an old servo plug with a pigtail on it. So I plugged that into the rx, grabbed an old 9v battery connector, plugged the 9v in, and now my rx is bound to my tx. Thanks for the reply SMR 510RR, I didn't know if it would make the esc go haywire, if the throttle EPA wasn't set-up correctly the first time. |
