Default question on running 2 escs

can you run 2 different escs if they are close to the same rating i have an hpi sc-15 and an ace rc veloci rs i am considering running these in a dual setup on my rs10 i know i have read on here running dual escs will help with clod stall but all i ever see is people running 2 of the same esc

you can run diff esc's but they would probabley spin the motors at diff speeds etc (curves)

hmm i'll just have to try it if they are pretty close in curves that might work out to an advantage
