Default Modding TX for surface use

Looking for information for modding a dx4e dx5e dx6i etc for surface use. I want to have the left stick only move up and down and self center and the right stick to only move left and right. I thought I seen a metal bracket that fits on top of the tx to do just that but cant seem to find the link anywhere. Has anyone done this mod or can point me into the right direction.

What Im looking for is exactly like what this guy did in his video. Unfortunately, he does not say how he did it. Tried leaving a comment but never replied. Any help is greatly appreciated.
