Looks like a good deal, yea, but I'd be concerned about the legalities of using 35MHz... What's the regs. on it? Is that land or air freq.? For both US and Canada?

Thats agood deal BUT... I bought a Moped ESC from rcmart and it was defective.IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH THEM TO REPLACE IT OR WARRANTY IT! I HIGHLY recommend trying to find someone else that sells one besides rcmart. You may get a good one but if its defective....well lets just say I warned you!

I would stick with Hitec, Futaba, KO, and Airtronics if I were you. TQ3 at the least.
