|  rooster burned out
put ends on a new battery. but do to distractions and my impatience i put the slipped the ends in wrong and then hooked it to the esc and it was backwards. did i fry it or do ineed to change capsitor is it like a fuse to keep from burning it up? thanks for any help?

you could try changing the cap, they are cheap but my bet is the esc is fried.
