Novak Goat 2s issue. I need help
 

Ok so this is the first time this has happend to me. I went out with my scaler to the park and somehow i didn't measure how deep the water hole was, my scaler went under water and then quit.The electronics receiver and esc are in a water proof box the motor is a 10.5 roar spec 2 motor with sensor and its the only thing exposed and not water proof. The problem is the novak esc is no bueno as when i plug the battery only a red solid led comes on and a fainth green led , i give it throttle and no other lights come on and it does nothing. I tried to reprogram the esc and it won't even do that. Did i fry my esc? Can anyone shine some light on this matter. Thank you in advance."thumbsup"

spray the crap out of it with wd40, then let it sit for a few days, dont try to power it up.

Open it up and throw it in a bag of rice. I've brought my old 2s goat back to life a few times that way.

Thank's guys i will try both methods and if that doesn't work then i will have to buy another one... It sucks becouse they are not cheap.. "thumbsup"

By the way i tried to turn it on this morning and i can hear a slight pop noise coming from the esc like it if it wants to come on but it doesn't all i get is the slight green and solid bright red led's.

Quit trying to turn it on. Just let it set. You'll fry the ESC and possibly explode your battery if you keep dicking with it. I had a nearly new 3s pack blow in my face last week cause I kept dicking with my goat while it was acting up till the smoke released.
