how to remove waterproof glue? Hi guys, I want to fix the plug problem of my waterproofed esc(HPI Vapor Pro), does anyone know how to remove the waterproof glue and get the esc out from its case? Thanx! http://img825.imageshack.us/img825/2629/88977763.jpg |
That's not glue. It's epoxy. And the only way to get it off is to destroy the case and chisel away at the epoxy until you get access to what your trying to fix. Good luck! |

Re: how to remove waterproof glue? They probably dont repair them, I bet they replace them. With some types of epoxy you could also try warming it until its soft and then pick away at it, less destructive that way. |
