Default heli lipo in car

ok i didnt know what to search for so didnt get far.. so my stupidiness has to come out..

i gotz 2 x EFLB80990 batteries from my heli i dont use..

they are 2S lipo... could i put a deans on it and run it in my truck?
were talking 800mah 2s..

lemme know if that is a bad idea....

They should be fine, voltage is voltage regardless of the source. The only issue you may have is the lower discharge (IR) of those compared to the higher "C ratings" of other packs. However your run time may only be a few minutes depending on your motor and gearing.

It's not a bad idea. They will put out the same voltage as any other 2s, it's really a matter of what C rating they are, anything over 20 should be fine. Under 20 may work also, but I have not used any that low before.

2s to 6s in my helis and my cars/trucks. It dont care what you hook it too.

Based on the other eflite batteries those are probably 20c. With the 27t motor and AE-2 you should be ok. If you do get in a bind you could pull close to the limit. I say run them a few times being a bit careful and you should be good.
