| Not happy with CS150
So me being a cheapskate is going to cost me more money again. I found a deal on a CS-150 and figured at 6V it should do fine for my scaler. They claim 197oz/in @6V, which I think is crap now. It had to be better than the AS-2, right? Unfortunately it sucks...or something. I have a CC BEC set at 6V but the servo still seems to stall fairly easy. It will also stick to one side when it is working hard. I don't have a temp gauge but it was pretty warm, but everything is here in the desert. I am looking at what to buy next. I am thinking the Hitec 7955tg or Savox 1256. But I wonder if there are any that offer better bang for the buck. Not sure if there is anything else I should try with my current set up or just drop the money on a new servo. Maybe I can use the Hobbico for a winch... |
