Default switching to lipos

in the process of building a custom tube chassis and realizing i have no room for my huge battery im thinking of going to lipos been looking thru all the posts on them and have learned alot my question is is there any real good lipo threads to look at im going to be running the fxr esc combo please hold the smart comments thank you

If you have specific questions post them up. Just about everyone is running lipo's you'll get quick answers.

If it helps, I run 3S LiPO on dual FX-R's w/35T motors in my MOA.

Yes, lots of threads on LiPO's. If you're specific, we can be specific.

i guess what im wanting to know is whats the best bang for your buck on batteries charger and buzzer i dont comp just backyard wheeler with the guys just wanting a decent run time single motor fxr esc with 45t motor i kno everyone has different prefrences and ive looked at a bunch seems everyone likes the elite 1300 11.1v 35c lipo

There are lots of choices for lipo chargers. I would recommend that you get a balancing charger. You will get a lots of different options on what charger is the best bang for the buck. Going too cheap may cost you more in the long run due to shortened battery life.

I bought a Hyperion EOS0606I charger because I wanted to make sure to get a charger that wouldn't trash my batteries or shorten their lifespan.

I use the elite 1300 11.1v 35c lipos. They are great batteries at a good price. If you can't find them in stock, the Holmes Hobbies HMC 35C 1300mah lipo is also a good battery.
