Faster Wraith

i want to keep my stock esc but get a faster motor to get more speed. i am taking a trip to the beach and would like to make a go-fast as cheap as possible to run in the sand for a week then i will put back to my crawler.i was thinking a realitivley cheap motor? any sugestions for motors. i was going to put back on the stock gearing and disco the front driveshaft. i am rining a nihm battery

The traxxas titan 12t motor works pretty well, nearly as fast as my 6.5t 550 motor, both run on 3s lipo.

Use a 3S LiPo, others have done it with great results. Just make sure the ESC is set to Auto-LiPo; if the Axial instructions don't mention this look it up in Castle Creations' Sidewinder instructions.

Whats your gearing with the 12t titan on 3s? does it have good slow crawl lowend control? thinking about trying that motor on 3s i have one in the toolbox..

I think the tekin 13.5 t is a good choice, iv seen a lot of them in the wraiths.
